From the onset my experi I found my beautiful 2013 Lexus ES350 on the Lexus of London website and decided to call to confirm if it was still in stock. From the onset my experience with Rick was nothing less than superb; it was like dealing with a close friend. I was able to make arrangements  to see the car the very next day. Because I  Live in Ajax Rick did everything in his power to place the car on hold so that my two hour commute for a test drive was not wasted.  To make a long story short, the ES350 was more than what I expected and Rick made the overall process of purchasing it seamless. A few weeks after purchasing my car I received a card in the mail and to my surprise it was  from Rick and the Financing rep wishing me a Happy birthday.
