The reason I made my final decision to purchase from a dealership 1 hour drive away..... was because of Rick Watson !! Sales professionals seem to forget!!! Your clients don't do this everyday... This was very emotional purchase for me and he handled it with class, Rick was so calm through the process... Even the day before delivery Rick sent me a message, he said...don't worry ...it'll all work out...His confidence I trusted and he was so right!!! Thanks to Rick and the team at Lexus of London. I needed the NX to be delivered before Christmas!! as it was a surprise for my wife!! as our local dealership told us we would have to wait 4 months. Rick Watson worked with the management team to secure the NX for December pick up, without fail I received the call it was ready for pick up. Attention to detail From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the sales manager Al who came out of his office to make sure I was being serviced as the deale From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by the sales manager Al who came out of his office to make sure I was being serviced as the dealership was very busy. He listened to what I wanted and immediately introduced me to Rick Watson. Rick was prompt, had the cars ready for me to test drive as I came back in with one the other was ready to go. He listened to my needs (ie, family, dog, work) made excellent recommendations. Rick was personable, flexible and thoughtful. When they heard I had been renting a car while my insurance claim was being settled they gave me a loaner car until my car is ready. They even picked me up from the car rental place with a hot coffee in the cupholder waiting for me. I would highly recommend Rick and Al if you are looking for a new vehicle. This is now my 4th lexus that I have owned and I continue to return because the amazing servicing by Romeo. He remembers details year in and year out. Not just about my car but what's truly important to me. He is prompt in returning calls and always makes sure I'm happy with whatever experience I have while I'm in and out of the dealership.
