From the time we entered the door, there were Stephanie to greet us. The first thing we were offered was a drink of water or coffee, and this goes for all the staff that we came in contact with. Customer Service at this dealership are above and beyond any other dealership we have visited. As a former Bank Employee, I strongly believed in offering excellent customer service and this is what the following staff did. We truly appreciate the SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE we received. We are highly pleased with the excellent service they provided and their professionalism. After several visits,we had made a decision to go with LEXUS and made the purchase of our new 2016 SUV.
