Rick was extremely helpful from the beginning of my first visit straight through to the purchase of my car. When I was held up by work he was willing to stay after the dealership closed to meet with me and w visit straight through to the purchase of my car. When I was held up by work he was willing to stay after the dealership closed to meet with me and was also willing to negotiate prices while still fostering a very relaxed environment. Buying a car can be stressful but Rick made sure to make the process as easy as possible and for that I will always be thankful! More

Lexus of London provided us with amazing service when purchasing a new 2020 Lexus. We worked with Rick Watson, and he was very easy to work with. He had no problem allowing us to test drive the different purchasing a new 2020 Lexus. We worked with Rick Watson, and he was very easy to work with. He had no problem allowing us to test drive the different models we we’re interested in, and was really amazing when we finally decided on a vehicle. We then worked with both Rick and Chris Pinelli on finalizing the deal. The service was incredible and we are very happy with the service provided. We have not had service like this at any other dealership. More

I have been a loyal BMW customer since 2003 with 3 vehicles purchased despite the consistent negative experience in their service department. I finally had enough and was recommended to consider a Le vehicles purchased despite the consistent negative experience in their service department. I finally had enough and was recommended to consider a Lexus IS 350. The sales person, Rick Watson, was very kind, patient, friendly and did not pressure me at all. He provided all the information I needed to make a decision, was accomodating with my hectic schedule and was generally a pleasure to interact with. After learning more about what to expect from the Lexus service experience, I am very hopeful that the BMW frustration days will be replaced with a much more satisfying experience! That hope was strengthened after talking to Carmen at service reception! More
