In the past, this is the point when the relationship between me and the sales person ended. “We’ve got your money now and thanks for coming out.” Not at Lexus of London, I received a follow up phone call the next day to inquire if I was happy with my new car and if there was anything else they could do for me. In 2015, a spur of the moment visit turned into the best sales experience ever. Came to take a look at a CT200h late on a Saturday afternoon, and the service I received, despite showing up close to closing sales experience ever. Rick is one of the best sales people I have ever met. There was no pressure placed on me to make a purchase, he was very professional and courteous, and has a great sense of humour. From initial contact and arranging the test drive, to handing me the keys and walking me through the initial car set up, Rick did an amazing job. Kyle and Rick both worked hard to ensure that the service I received was top notch, and it showed. My experience with both Kyle and Rick was helpful and informative, as well as entertaining. Thank you to both of you for getting me into the CT200h! I am thrilled with the car, and had the best car purchasing experience ever! Fast forward 4 years, I'm back and Rick not only got me a great deal on the trade-in of my previous Lexus, but also got me a great deal on a lease of a new 2019 Lexus IS. Whenever I am in for service, if Rick is around and sees me waiting, he always comes by to say hi. I always value Rick's honesty, his desire to look out for the best interests of his customers, and his concern to get you in the right vehicle for you, and not just trying to make a sale. It's now 2021, and while Lexus didn't win my business in getting into a new SUV this time around, the service from Rick was as phenomenal as ever. Despite a busy Saturday, he set up my wife and I with test drives on the two SUVs we were looking at and got us prompt information on both my trade-in and pricing on a 2022 Lexus NX350h. Even in dealing with Rick to get the appropriate lease buyout information for the new dealership, he has been courteous, professional, and prompt throughout the process. The lease on our second vehicle is up in about 2 years, and we will most definitely be giving Rick another visit at that time! Keep up the fantastic work Rick (and Lexus of London). Almost 7 years with Rick and the Lexus of London team, and Rick especially has been nothing but fantastic to work with.
