Excellent customer service I had Lexus RX 2017 for 3 years. Despite living in Ancaster. Rick was extremely helpful from the beginning of my first visit straight through to the purchase of my car. When I was held up by work he was willing to stay after the dealership closed to meet with me and w visit straight through to the purchase of my car. Lexus of London provided us with amazing service when purchasing a new 2020 Lexus. We worked with Rick Watson, and he was very easy to work with. He had no problem allowing us to test drive the different purchasing a new 2020 Lexus. We worked with Rick Watson, and he was very easy to work with. He had no problem allowing us to test drive the different models we we’re interested in, and was really amazing when we finally decided on a vehicle. We then worked with both Rick and Chris Pinelli on finalizing the deal. The service was incredible and we are very happy with the service provided.
