I have two other dealerships that are closer to me but always took the 2011 to Team Chrysler due to Shane's excellent customer service. On my last visit the 2011 was in for an oil change. I was walking around the show room when I ran into Steve. We started discussing the 2014. Next thing I knew I was talking to Ralph, who sold me the 2011, and Rich.
