I just walked in the Dealership to have a look at the vehicles and compare the prices as soon as I walked in I met with General Manager George ( great guy ) who introduced him self along with my sales rep Shan who was very knowledgeable. He was more than helpful with answering all of my questions with great patience and assisting me with choosing the right vehicle for my family. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. The price, the vehicle, the experience was exceptional. Myself (Heather Jones) & my Fiancee (David McCormack) were coming into Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep to LOOK at used Jeep Wranglers after checking out a personal sale on Kijiji earlier that morning, and get s were coming into Team Chrysler Dodge Jeep to LOOK at used Jeep Wranglers after checking out a personal sale on Kijiji earlier that morning, and get some comparables.. to make a decision on whether to buy private or with the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership Nelson Tang very quickly came outside to assist us with any questions and inquire what we were interested in. After we explained that we were looking for, Nelson showed us some used inventory, that didnt really fit what we were looking for. He could tell that we weren't overjoyed and said "give me one minute I will be right back, I think I have something you will like". He came back with keys to a brand new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport.. and to our surprise it was very affordable and David fell in love with it!! When we went inside the dealership we noticed that Rich Fatrola was now employed at this location (rather than previously at your sister store), and Nelson quickly brought him over to greet us. We have bought numerous vehicles from Rich in the past and are always please with his service. (My dad bought a Dodge Ram, Mom bought a Dodge Dart, Sister bought a Dodge Charger, Sisters Boyfriend bought a Chrysler 300, and I bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) Now, we were getting one for my fiancee, and we go where we get treated right with excellent customer service!! :) David wanted a specific look and some upgrades to the Jeep we were considering, and Rich made sure he got everything that he wanted and we were still happy with the price, so we said wrap it up!! haha On the day we came back to pick up David's new Jeep it was out front sparkling and looked great!! David had a grin from ear to ear and Rich & Nelson quickly came out to make sure he was happy, with extreme enthusiasum, they really made the experience special for David, being his first time buying a brand new vehicle! Nelson then took care of the final details with us and the Finance Manager and Nelson gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced us to the service clerks whom we would have our vehicle serviced with. Overall, RIch & Nelson were both amazing, and these types of pleasant upbeat personalities sells cars!! We weren't even planning to buy that day when we walked in, and they made us feel welcome, comfortable & excited about making a purchase! They will be the people we come to see when we need another vehicle, and recommend friends and family to visit! Thank you to both of them!! More

This is my second purchase from this dealership. I have always been a FORD guy, but got interested in the RAMs when they were redesigned in 2009. I went into this dealership just to take a look in 2010, and walked out with a brand new 2010 RAM 1500. I was more than satisfied with its performance throughout my ownership and the service department is the best I have ever experienced. I went in today and got a 2013 and my sales experience was just as stress free as the last time. My service rep. (Shane Marion) is the BEST. When I tell him a problem he knows the solution right away. Quotes come quick, and are very accurate. No nasty surprises. My sales rep. (Winston Shamsudeen) sold me the first truck as well this second one. I have recommended more than 10 people to him, and will continue to do so. He makes the sales process easy and definitely less stressful. No annoying hard sells. The finance manager (Rajan Sabharwal) worked hard to get me the best financing option and worked closely with Winston to get the pricing to a comfortable level. I never liked going into a car dealership before. This team makes the experience enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

Our eleven year old Sebring had very little time left, so we need to replace it rather quickly. Team Chrysler was highly recommended to us. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by several employees, we advised that we had an appointment with Bourk Boyd. They immediately advised us that they were aware that we were coming and that he would be with us shortly. We looked around the lot for a few minutes, all the sales people were so courteous, they were not your typical "sales people". We met with Bourk and Rich and told them what we were looking for. Both Bourk and Rich were so friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Within two days we purchased our 2013 Ram 1500 pick up truck and couldn't be happier with it. Rajan was very knowledgeable about all of the warranty products and did not try to push any package, he made the decision totally up to us. Magdy assisted when we picked up the vehicle and was absoutely terrific. Our experience with Team Chrysler was the best experience that we have ever had with a dealership. We will definitely remember them when we have to purchase another vehicle. More

We came in looking to get out of a lease on a Toyota Rav4, owing approximately $5000. Not only did Team Chrysler get us out of our lease, they also paid off what was left on our Volkswagen Rabbit. We walked away with 2 brand new cars for only a little bit more per month. In addition, I have poor credit and my husband is self employed. We are almost always denied a loan, or require co-signer. Rajan negotiated a very fair interest rate for us, and we did not require any cosigners. We have worked with many car dealerships and staff over the years, and Team Chrysler was the best, and most accommodating, we have ever worked with! More

I just bought myself my very first car and my experience could not have been better!!! I dealt with two of the staff there. First, Rich Fatrola was so helpful in helping me pick out a vehicle. He found me a used 2011 jeep wrangler that had everything I asked for. I was in love with the car at first sight! The team let me test drive the vehicle and I was instantly sold. When I arranged a time to handle the paperwork Rich and Joe Alibi were very flexible. I have a really busy schedule so it was hard for me to find time. They made me feel like they had all the time in the world and really were flexible as to when I could come in. It meant a lot to me because I know they themselves are busy as well. Joe helped explain all the paperwork to me (again, it is my first first car purchase so this was so important). I had so many questions but Joe took his time to answer all of my questions. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know. Before I drove off the lot Joe had the team inspect my jeep one more time to make sure everything was in perfect condition Now at home with my new jeep and loving it! I know if I need to contact Joe or Rich I can at any time. They made me feel comfortable and confident I was making the right decision. They found me the car I wanted, helped make sure a financing plan fit my budget, and made sure I was well educated on the vehicle and everything that came with it. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Even the people I wasn't dealing with made sure they said hi to me, and some even introduced themselves. It's a very friendly atmosphere and the staff is a 10/10! More
