Team Chrysler is really all about the "TEAM" Each member of the team knows their job and did it with precision from sales to financing and everyone in-between. Don't forget they are sales people though and they are good ones at that so make sure you're getting what YOU want. I shopped at 3 dealers with specific requirements. These guys found what no other dealer did and had the keys to my new JEEP in my hand a couple days later. Do your own research but make "Team Chrysler" one of your stops. They'll probably sell you your next vehicle. More

Joe and Rich were were very helpful and did all they could to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We purchased a Journey from Team and initially received one that didn't have the capability t could to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We purchased a Journey from Team and initially received one that didn't have the capability to install the UConnect Bluetooth. Since this was an option that we truly desired to have on our vehicle, Rich worked diligently to provide us with an acceptable solution which resulted in the trade-in of our first Journey for a second with the appropriate capabilities.
