Joe and Rich were were very helpful and did all they could to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We purchased a Journey from Team and initially received one that didn't have the capability t could to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle. We purchased a Journey from Team and initially received one that didn't have the capability to install the UConnect Bluetooth. Since this was an option that we truly desired to have on our vehicle, Rich worked diligently to provide us with an acceptable solution which resulted in the trade-in of our first Journey for a second with the appropriate capabilities. In the end, we were exceptionally satisfied with the Customer Service we received from Team; specifically from Rich and Joe. Thanks for all your assistance! More

My Wife and I have been to 3 Dealers in 3 weeks and the guys ( Joe and Rich) at team were the only dealer that made us feel at home and like we were part of there family. I have two other dealerships that are closer to me but always took the 2011 to Team Chrysler due to Shane's excellent customer service. On my last visit the 2011 was in for an oil change. I was walking around the show room when I ran into Steve. We started discussing the 2014. Next thing I knew I was talking to Ralph, who sold me the 2011, and Rich.
