Superior Service! I rarely write reviews but this one had to be done. I've been actively seeking a new car to lease for a few weeks now. I saw an ad on LeaseBusters.com posted by Ralph of a Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited 2014. Since we're from Newmarket, travelling to Mississauga was not ideal but after having a brief conversation with Ralph, I was a assured that the ad was in fact correct and I can come by to meet with him that same day, After having spent some time at the dealership, test driving the car, and speaking with some reps, we sealed the deal on a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2014 2-DR instead and were more than happy with the experience. Ralph juggled a few customers yet was so professional and treated us with the utmost respect and diligence. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, processes, and was very comforting when we were stressing out about the lease release of our other car dealer. Our brief interaction with Rich was memorable also as he was able to manage our expectations properly. They're an enthusiastic & hard working team, and genuinely care about their customers and their needs. I highly recommend Team Chrysler! Keep it up as you should be an industry example! More

When I came to pick up my new Jeep, they arranged to have me picked up at the train station. Derrick made me feel right at home form the moment I entered the dealership. He was a real gentleman. He also made sure to explain everything very thoroughly - both the sale and the vehicle, itself. This was the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership and I feel great about giving Derrick and Team Chrysler Jeep Dodge my business. More

Unfortunately, I had to follow up with the dealership myself only to be informed that there was an unforeseen issue that came up that would delay delivery of my new purchase. Both Rich and Derrick showed great care and support towards myself to ensure that I was delivered the vehicle of my choice. It took some time but in the end they were able to provide great service and show exceptional care towards their customer. More

Team Chrysler is really all about the "TEAM" Each member of the team knows their job and did it with precision from sales to financing and everyone in-between. I also had the pleasure of meeting Each member of the team knows their job and did it with precision from sales to financing and everyone in-between. I also had the pleasure of meeting General Manager, and President of the company who took the time to have friendly conversations which means a lot to me. Don't forget they are sales people though and they are good ones at that so make sure you're getting what YOU want. I shopped at 3 dealers with specific requirements. These guys found what no other dealer did and had the keys to my new JEEP in my hand a couple days later. Do your own research but make "Team Chrysler" one of your stops. They'll probably sell you your next vehicle. More

Our experiences have been excellent and we have freely recommended the dealership to many friends, family and co-workers. Our current purchase experience involved a trade-in; we ran into a "glitch" at this end of the transaction but Joe & Rich were very professional and friendly while we ironed out the details and we came to an agreement which satisfied all! We would also like to mention Rob who explained extended warranties, coverages, reviewed bill of sale, etc.; he also offered exemplary customer service with his knowledge and professional friendly manner. Thank you boys...we will be back! More
