Even at my advanced age this was the first time that I had to buy a car on my own and I felt a bit overwhelmed. Hala Saaid answered my many questions, made excellent suggestions, and helped me through the negotiations. I was really pleased with her knowledge and her pleasant and friendly approach. I'm happy with the 2015 Rav 4 she sold me, it's perfectly suited to our needs. I'd also like to commend Jim McAlorum for explaining how to use the navigation system and patiently answering my questions about vehicle operation, and Phil Dao in Finance for making the process clear and easy. This is our family's 4th vehicle purchased and serviced at Charlesglen and we've always appreciated the reliable and friendly service. More
