I felt comfortable and taken care of (as I always do here) from the moment I walked through the doors at Charlesglen Toyota to signing the lease and driving away. My goal with the trade in was to reduce my monthly payments and get out my current lease early without any penalties, and the team at Charlesglen helped me achieve that. Theresa Bishop went over all my options thoroughly and patiently answered all of the many questions I had, and Phil Dao worked with me to get me the best deal they could offer. This is the fourth car I have purchased/leased through Charlesglen, and I would not even think about dealing with any other dealership. We were introduced to Product Advisor- Dealer Rated Certified employee, Sean Nixon. Now we are Senior's with a limited budget but received nothing but First Class Service, from start to finish. We first chose a 2013 RAV4 but after a couple of days decided it didn't quite fit our needs. Without hesitation, they took it back and we settled on a 2103 Venza ( that looked like it just left the Showroom floor) Could not be happier with this vehicle and the way we were treated. More

What made this more challenging was our travel away from Canada for the winter. We met Sean Nixon at Charlesglen Toyota and were impressed by his knowledge and professional approach. Sean helped us make an offer to purchase in early December ( using email ) with strict conditions that the vehicle be delivered on a specific date when we returned! After the deal was accepted Sean kept us informed as the vehicle went into production, was finished being assembled and then tracked it through shipment to the dealer. We arrived back in Canada and proceeded to pick up our vehicle the next day as agreed in our purchase agreement. We really enjoy our Toyota and felt very comfortable working with Sean and Charlesglen Toyota. More

Great Experience! I'm glad I decided to buy my first brand new vehicle at Charlesglen Toyota! Having driven my previous vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, for 6 years, I kne I'm glad I decided to buy my first brand new vehicle at Charlesglen Toyota! Having driven my previous vehicle, a 2002 Toyota Camry, for 6 years, I knew it was time for a new car. I made an appointment with Mike, and it was the best decision I could have made! He was extremely friendly, and was willing to answer every question I threw at him. Not to mention, he came into work on his day off to meet with me! When I made the decision to buy the RAV a few hours later, he made himself available to sit down with me and walk me through the purchasing process. I ended up meeting many people during this process! One of the people I met was Phil, one of the finance managers, who walked me through everything I needed to bring when I picked up my car. On the day of pickup, Mark was there to explain all the amazing features on my new RAV4. The transition was easy and painless, thanks to the fantastic staff at Charlesglen! I will definitely head back there (in 10+ years) when I need to buy my next vehicle. More
