Helpful, knowledgeable, client focused. My car was towed away from an accident so I did some online shopping and got lots of advice from friends. I knew more or less what I wanted in a previ My car was towed away from an accident so I did some online shopping and got lots of advice from friends. I knew more or less what I wanted in a previously owned vehicle, relatively new, with a checklist of features and within a price range. Sean knew of a Rav4 just traded in and we took it for a test drive. He facilitated a hold for several days while I waited for confirmation that my car was a total loss. Lydia in finance and later Phil handled all the paperwork, Kim stopped to chat (about cars and his mother:)). At pick up Mark thoroughly went over the features. When I picked up the car it was detailed like new. I never felt pressured and my many questions and requests were handled smoothly. I think that I got a fair deal (including a set of studded tires!) and have confidence that if I need anything I can call or drop in. Charlesglen debunks those old myths about used car sales:-) More
