Waste of time I booked an appointment for two recalls on my Ram 1500. I took 2 hours off work to arrive on time for my appt. When I arrived, I was told after waitin I booked an appointment for two recalls on my Ram 1500. I took 2 hours off work to arrive on time for my appt. When I arrived, I was told after waiting 15 minutes that they didn't have the parts for one of the recalls and they didn't have enough time in the day to complete the second recall. I asked if they had the parts in when I made the appt and I was told that they had them and the job would take a few hours. Why did they make an appt and have me show up if they couldn't do the work?As the manager of the service dept, I would expect better service from your employees. More

Excellent customer service Thanks to Peter Lafrance for the timely activation of a new key fob. I received a call from Southbank Dodge that an additional key fob was ready for Thanks to Peter Lafrance for the timely activation of a new key fob. I received a call from Southbank Dodge that an additional key fob was ready for pick-up. Upon testing it, it did not work. With the intervention of Madeleine, Peter got to work immediately on activating the key. I was in and out within 20 minutes. No better customer service than this. Thank you Peter and Madeleine. More

Together, you both managed to cut the cost of my repairs by and easy $1200. Whos does this? Nobody, that's who... Consistently Great Service I've had limited issues with my truck since I purchased it so most of my visits are just maintenance and detailing. When I come in I make a point to speak with Dustin as he is always in a great mood and is very knowledgeable. I've only had one issue and Peter immediately went above and beyond to address it. All in all, a fantastic dealership with a great team. Will be buying and servicing all of my trucks there! More

Servicing is excellent During an oil change, they noticed a oil stain on the inside of the fender. On further examination they discovered a failed boot around the CV joint. During an oil change, they noticed a oil stain on the inside of the fender. On further examination they discovered a failed boot around the CV joint. If the CV joint had failed, the consequences would be serious. As it turned out, it was a necessary repair which could have been much worse. More

Much better experience than before I just wanted to take a moment and thank the Service staff for fixing the mistake that happened on a previous visit. Dan and Peter assured me that the issue would be fixed and worked with me to ensure everything was done in a timely manner. When my vehicle was brought back in Holly was very pleasant to deal with and kept me informed with regards to my vehicle. I am very happy that a problem that could of been handled differently initially was made right and I have regained my confidence in the service department. Thanks again! More

I was recently in with my Pacifica, which I had purchased in th A big thank you and show of appreciation to Corey and Peter in the service department! I was recently in with my Pacifica, which I had purchased in the summer. I had some issues with the brakes (they seemed to be WAY worse than they should have been for the mileage I had put on). Corey was a great liaison and Peter took really good care of me to make sure that the issues I had were properly resolved and that I was happy with the service. It did a great job in building my trust and confidence with the service department, and proved to me that Southbank has a service department that I can trust to do the right thing. I will have no reservations taking my vehicle to Southbank for all its servicing needs. More
