Nothing but praise for this dealership. I had taken my 2018 Kia Soul EV to my local Kia dealership to have my EV battery checked as I was experiencing issues with it. My local dealership sa I had taken my 2018 Kia Soul EV to my local Kia dealership to have my EV battery checked as I was experiencing issues with it. My local dealership said there was nothing wrong with my battery. I continued to have issues and was told to take it to Lockwood to have them look at it. I was lucky to have gotten Peter Kawa as my mechanic. He was very kind and professional. He listened to my issues and took care of me. My car is now in to have my EV battery replaced due to Peter's proper diagnostic of my car. He's a great mechanic and would recommend him and Lockwood to look after anyone else to have their Kia's issues taken care of. Thanks guys for everything. More

I purchased my vehicle at Lockwood nearly 3 years ago and the sales team at that time were nothing short of amazing! We all know the true test is after the "sale". I felt it was important to share with tho the sales team at that time were nothing short of amazing! We all know the true test is after the "sale". I felt it was important to share with those of you who are on line car shopping, doing your homework ahead of making that big purchase that the "after the sale" service is just as great as the buying process! I have complete faith and confidence in the service team at Lockwood. Easy to book an appointment, the service manager and licensed tech have taken the time to explain any issues or made suggestions to me pertaining to the care/maintenance of my vehicle and they've treated me with kindness and respect. There are 3 other Kia dealerships that are much closer to my residence, but this kind of customer care can only be found in Oakville at Lockwood Kia. Well done! More

Awesome car! I bought a 2018 Kia forte ex model and satisfied with the car but when it comes to financing, that is where confusion goes in. I was hoping to get a best deal due to 0% finance interest and somehow ended up paying extra a month for some additional warranty. I wanted to remove extra warranty but somehow it is already been done and there is no way to cancel it. There might be miscommunication down the road on both parties but anyhow, i still ended up getting the car and just get on with it. Went back couple of times due to faulty remote start. Waited for 2 weeks to fix the issue because they have to order the part. More

Mr. Charles - great salesman, was able to convince me to trade my KIA Optima Turbo 2 years old in mint condition with brand new SUV - KIA Sorento. I was not planning to sell my Optima....but after a test drive with Charles I have changed my mind scratching my pockets to pay the difference:)) Well, I don't regret at all as my new baby is state of art car with all bells and whistles. Bravo folks, I am very happy with my new SUV. Thanks to Mike Defreitas and Charles for amazing experience and I appreciate very much your friendly and professional attitude and fair deal I was offered for my Optima.
