For the Real Deal...visit Peel! Having moved back to Canada after an extended time away, I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. After an exhaustive amount of online researc Having moved back to Canada after an extended time away, I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. After an exhaustive amount of online research I was interested in pursuing a vehicle, which ultimately led me to Peel Chrysler in Mississauga. In advance, I spent hours online researching vehicle details, deals, specs, prices, options, etc. Once I narrowed down what I was looking for, I found Peel Chrysler to offer the best prices online by far. I also reviewed customer feedback on the dealership and found they had received a considerable amount of positive reviews. Ultimately, I decided to visit the showroom on a Sunday to view the vehicle I was interested in. The showroom featured several vehicles on display and had a buzz of activity that was both positive and professional. While waiting, I was repeatedly offered a specialty coffee or bottled water, and the entire inside sales team were very considerate, professional and friendly. I was fortunate enough to deal with an experienced sales consultant, Paul K. who offered the ideal balance of being informative and helpful, without being pushy, overly assertive, or too aggressive. His no-pressure approach allowed me a level of comfort I hadn’t expected or experienced on a car lot in some time. We reviewed the vehicle I was interested in, he offered me a test drive and then we discussed my vehicle needs in detail. However, I was on a tight schedule this day, so I communicated I would be back in a day or 2 for further dialogue. Paul followed up a day later via telephone and we set up a time for a follow-up meeting. Our subsequent meeting focused on wether or not I felt the vehicle was a good fit, if the price was right for me, and on how we could move forward on making a deal. He explained the dealership was very well known for offering competitive pricing and their after sales support was equally as important of a consideration to clients. He showed me around the service centre, introduced me to a few of the senior technicians, and the service team overall seemed well equipped, very experienced and friendly. I decided to move forward on the purchase of a 2018 Ram 1500 night edition and I couldn’t be more pleased with it, and with the process to purchase it. Paul explained to me the advantages of several after sale considerations like extended warranty's, etc and we then made a deal that I was very happy with. No hassle, no pressure, no drama!
