Went today to get drivers side door lock fixed, my appointment was at 10am, sat there till 2:15pm , got text saying vehicle was ready, only to find out they couldn’t fix it they have to order parts, w appointment was at 10am, sat there till 2:15pm , got text saying vehicle was ready, only to find out they couldn’t fix it they have to order parts, which ok, tell me maybe a hour into appointment that,but have me sitting there all that time and don’t tell me anything,thinking it is being fixed!!!! So $224 later I still need to get it fixed, I even talked to the guy at the desk 3 times about checking on it!! I will never take my car back there again, I will take my car to lanpro,which I should have to begin with!!! More
