Shout out to Capital, very organized dealer overall. Was able to work out a deal on my first visit. No back and forth and tactics like some other dealers. Nobody wasted my time. Altaf in sales was very knowledgeable about the product and not pushy. Genuinely seems to care about his customers. Khloe in finance was very efficient in completing all the paperwork after the deal was done. And was extremely patient with answering all my questions. Rohit took as much time as needed to completely inspect my vehicle during delivery. And also was able to walk me though all the services and features in great detail. Very diligent person who takes the time and effort to do a good job. Seems like Nizar is a good manager. I would totally recommend Capital if you are in the market for a Chev, GMC, or Buick. Only thing they could have done different was delivered the Vehicle with a full tank of gas not just $75 worth (which is the limit) and on a full size truck that is not a full tank. That was the only thing unexpected. More
