Was looking at trading a vehicle and needed something bigger. Brad was awesome. He was available through text/phone call to go through anything and everything with me since I live out of town. I started my inquiry over the internet on an advertised vehicle, information was promptly provided and several follow-ups. Upon arriving to Edmonton and meeting the office family, you feel as if you are j vehicle, information was promptly provided and several follow-ups. Upon arriving to Edmonton and meeting the office family, you feel as if you are joining the family, everyone is very friendly and approachable especially the owner. It was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish including a problematic trade-in. No hiccups and i was out on the highway in a short time in my new jeep for an uneventful drive across Canada. I'll be stopping in on my return trip for my first oil change. More
