We recently went looking for a new truck at Courtesy Ford Lincoln and Matt was the salesperson that “helped” us. We found him to be extremely arrogant. He treated me as though he didn’t think I was able to a Lincoln and Matt was the salesperson that “helped” us. We found him to be extremely arrogant. He treated me as though he didn’t think I was able to afford the product we were looking at. He kept recommending vehicles that I wasn’t interested in at a lower price point. Not only that, but he focused on my wife in an awkward, uncomfortable, way. Being in sales myself, I understand that wives tend to make the majority of purchase decisions, but he was trying overly hard to engage with my wife; it made both of us feel very uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing a Dodge Ram, largely in part due to the terrific sales person we found at the other dealership (that wasn’t pushy and didn’t act inappropriately towards my spouse), and we’re absolutely thrilled with our decision! Unfortunately, Matt turned us off of making a purchase from Courtesy Ford. We were fully ready to buy at that time. More
