A good friend of ours directed us in the path of Mr. Martin Menzies, whom he claims is the best. After speaking with Martin briefly over the phone before I had to run into work, I knew I was conducting business with a class act all the way. He assured me that he would find us the perfect truck at a reasonable price. When my wife and I finally got to meet Martin in person, we were amazed at how courteous and outgoing he was. He went over every detail with a fine tooth comb, when it came to explaining the ins and outs of the truck. It was also a pleasure dealing with Carol Buckwald who was very friendly and helped us understand everything in detail when it came to the financial aspects, I can honestly say there were no hidden fees or empty promises. Not only would I recommend Mr. Menzies to all my friends and family, I would hope that the general public has the privilege to deal with an extraordinary gentlemen and class act all the way, like him. When I contacted erinwood ford about test driving an F150 I was put in contact with Martin who is amazing he listens to what you want and only makes informative suggestions. He does not try to push products to try and make a better sale, he is always upfront about price and problems that the service department have had with certain add-on options. If you want a sales associate who is as concerned with after sales service and not just the sale itself you won’t find anyone better than Martin and the guys at Erinwood. More
