Need better communication between departments my appointment was scheduled a week in advance and my appointment was at 7:45am do to the fact I had to be at work for 10 am an I use my car for work an appointment was scheduled a week in advance and my appointment was at 7:45am do to the fact I had to be at work for 10 am an I use my car for work and they where told that in advance get there to be told my parts were not there at 9:40am before I was offered a loaner for the day so in the end I was satisfied More

I just wanted thank south bank fingers for amazing service. Rj brand my adviser was incredible. I needed a windshield replaced. He walked me through my options and explained in detail the differences service. Rj brand my adviser was incredible. I needed a windshield replaced. He walked me through my options and explained in detail the differences between the windshields and costs and durability etc. I ended up choosing the oem Jeep windshield with all the jeep mopar symbols and I’m very happy I did..From the moment I booked my appointment till I got Jeep back was very fast and great job they did. When I arrived at the dealer I saw Madeline smiling and happy as usual. She also was very helpful. She was explain to me all the advantages to the oem windshield and durability and warranty etc. she is always very friendly and has wonderful customer service skills. RJ brand took my keys and made sure I had a shuttle back to work which was also very nice. He answered all my questions and concerns and gave me some info on the kill switch That I plan to get installed at southbank in the near future Rj is very good at his job at southbank. And I really appreciate the fact that he is right to the point and is very knowledgeable of his position and always has great customer service. He always gives me the different options I have with parts or service etc and the pros and cons of each. Thanks rj. Keep up the good work. Also Dan oneal was very helpful.with my questions. When I picked up my Jeep few hours later the windshield looked amazing. Madeline and rj and Dan O’Neil were all at the desk smiling and game me my keys. Rj and Madeline and Dan O’Neil all greeted me and full off smiles. Amazing customer service at southbank. I live in brockville but prefer to come to southbank for all my Jeep needs. Hi there, I’ll provide the feedback but hope SDCJR on Bank can really take the service performance seriously. Overall team is friendly and helpful but the good quality of service is alway in the details Bank can really take the service performance seriously. Overall team is friendly and helpful but the good quality of service is alway in the details. I came for the oil change and got service quickly. The second part of my issue was that I’ve been having issues with the trie deflating and when the weather changes. The main tire was reporting low air on the dashboard. Service team indicated they were going to look at it. When I picked up the truck, - dashboard warning light still on - every tire had different air pressure These are the items that customer remember and question the level of service. If service team can not get small items like this get right what else have they missed or not done correctly??? The corrective actions should have been: - check with the customer if they have some time and fix the deflation issue on the RF trie as I have been notifying the team since I changed tires last year. - 20min - ensure that there are not warning lights on the dashboard. - 1min - inflate all the tires with the correct pressure - 5min In summary, great location, people at the front are great to deal with but unfortunately after most visits there seems to be something that go missed, forgotten on not fix correctly.
