Service with a smile. Went in for and oil change, dropped by on a Monday afternoon. Had in in and done in no time and an inspection as well. I mentioned that I was missing a screw on one of my mud flaps and Dan O'Neil went out and took a look, came back in found the required screw and went out and installed it himself. Top Notch!! Never have to wait days for an appointment and they can squeeze you in when you really need things done. I travel a lot and as luck would have it, something always seems to need fixing a couple days before I have to leave again (Minor things like a headlight out) They always get me through and on my way without delays. Stan in sales was so helpful, going out of his way to see that we got everything we wanted in a new van. He was very pleasant and friendly and never made us feel rushed. Bill made sure all things were covered as well. Rami in finance answered all our questions, going over anything we weren't sure of. All those in sales are to be commended for their excellent work. And Madeline and Dan and all the others in service are wonderful people, making a trip to Southbank Dodge a good experience.
