As always, MJ was thorough and professional in his explanation of the repair that needed to be done to my vehicle. Since the repair was going to take 3-4 hours, ToyotaTown was kind enough to give me explanation of the repair that needed to be done to my vehicle. Since the repair was going to take 3-4 hours, ToyotaTown was kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle, something that doesn’t happen frequently. Once my car went in for the repair, MJ kindly brought the loaner car around for me to use. Four and a half hours later, I received a phone call from MJ indicating that the car was ready for pick up. When I was paying for the repair, MJ was informed that I was there to pick up the car and came to me assuring me that all went well. Would recommend ToyotaTown to family and friends. More
