Brian and Gwen worked with me to solve a unique problem. I hd a Rave 4 hybrid and die to Ukrainian guests at our home I needed more seats. There'd was a significant delay in getting a Highlander hybrid so I hd a Rave 4 hybrid and die to Ukrainian guests at our home I needed more seats. There'd was a significant delay in getting a Highlander hybrid so on an interim basis they put me into a gas vision until the hybrid arrived. That was May 2022, the gas highlander arrived early June. Today I took possession of the new Hybrid Highlander. The dealership was more than gracious as a asked for updates. Service folks also were outstanding for the gas model and the many Toyotas before this (Rav4, Venza, 2 Camry hybrids). I have a long standing relationship with Toyotatown and they have never disappointed. More
