Great salesmanship I have bought two Escapes in the past years from Luis Frada. He is great!! I tell him what I want and he gets it. He helped me differentiate between the models and find the most suitable one for me and my family. The process was seamless and comfortable. When I received my F-150, it was completely detailed and in prestige condition. Not only did Brandon spend approx 30 minutes with me programming some features and teaching me more about the truck, he has called me twice just to check in and make sure everything is going good.
