Krish was great!! It was time to trade in my 2011 Sorento but I had had a hard time giving her up. It was a great vehicle and I loved driving it but it was time. Krish made it painless with his friendly manner, understanding my needs in a vehicle and knowledge about the Kia line-up (went with the 2018 Sportage). It's been a week and I'm extremely happy with my new vehicle. Even got a call back from Krish to see how it was going. I would recommend this dealership. Go see Krish! More

Very enjoyable experience at Georgetown Kia. Georgetown Kia 1st of all was OPEN on a Sunday. Krish our Sales Rep was very informative and new the product very well. Patryk the Business Manager wa Georgetown Kia 1st of all was OPEN on a Sunday. Krish our Sales Rep was very informative and new the product very well. Patryk the Business Manager was also very knowledgeable about his end of the deal. My wife and I were very pleased with how we, and our 11 yr old son were treated and even more pleased with the deal and car we bought! I would most certainly recommend Georgetown Kia to my Family and Friends or anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

Before and during the test drive, he gave me space to explore the vehicle while pointing out and highlighting the key features the vehicle has to offer. Krish was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features,he made me feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle with Kia. At no time did I feel pressured while I was in the dealership. Krish takes the time to talk to his customers and find out what their needs are and what they are looking to get out of their vehicle. Krish presented all the information I needed (features, safety, special offers, pricing etc.) allowing me to feel confident and comfortable with my purchase. He has taken the time to follow up with me twice to ensure that all is going well with the Sorento and to answer any questions I may have. They were very empathetic abo After having had a series of disturbing experiences with another dealership, we ended up -thankfully- at Georgetown KIA. They were very empathetic about the problems we had had with a lemon used car purchased elsewhere, and, although they couldn't remedy the problem, treated us with great care and helped assuage the pain of having to replace the car. All staff from the service department, management and sales were just great. Our sales agent, Krish, could not have been nicer or more helpful and helped us into a new car within two days. I would be very happy to buy another car through him. Thanks, Gord, Rob and Krish. More
