Excellent service and solutions, everytime! The reason why I continue to deal with this particular Toyota is the level of experience and customer service is bar none. I'm on my 4th Toyota vehicle purchase and I continue to send my family and friends looking for a vehicle to them. I've also continued to use Toyotatown's service department for my oil change's and maintenance because they are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I have been to a different Toyota dealership a different city for services and did not have the same excellent experience. More

Toyota town stepped up and showed what a real Toyota customer service is . They listened to my issues and where going to repair my vehicle after Brantford Toyota damaged it . They went a step further and put me in a new 2017 Tacoma. It is this level of customer service that makes them an outstanding dealership. More

Staying Power I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company. Excellent Experience and New Car Purchase Sales: My first experience with ToyotaTown was in July of 2008 when I bought my first new car, a 2009 Corolla CE. Ken Yates was my salesperson and wa Sales: My first experience with ToyotaTown was in July of 2008 when I bought my first new car, a 2009 Corolla CE. Ken Yates was my salesperson and was very helpful when introducing me to Toyota - I had always owned GM vehicles, and his knowledge and advice have been spot on. We actually sold my wife's car and bought a Toyota Matrix for her as well. No more GM for us! Service: I had always heard that taking your car to the dealer for repairs was expensive, truth is, these guys know the product and have been excellent to deal with all 8 years of owning this car. Service appointments have always been easy to book and they have been efficient and fair with me. New Car: I recently visited and worked with Ken on the purchase of my 2nd new car, a 2016 Corolla LE and couldn't be happier. Again, Ken was very good about pointing out the new features and differences between this generation vs last generation Corolla, helping me make an informed decision on this new purchase. I've had the car for 2 weeks now and love it! My Son has inherited the 2009 Corolla (290,000+ Kilometers) and I'm confident he will enjoy many more years of reliable transportation, as I did with it. BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR! So I had Ken help for a period of almost 2 months to try and get me a perfect first vehicle and all I can say is that he is the best.
