Go buy a jeep and get extended warranty on the tires. It takes 3 months for them to even put a claim in for tires that separated shortly after I got the jeep. After all the calling and nagging me and my hus takes 3 months for them to even put a claim in for tires that separated shortly after I got the jeep. After all the calling and nagging me and my husband have done. Then get told that they haven't done a claim yet and will right away. In that 3 month period no one had called to tell me that they needed more info or what was going on. They did nothing. So once they finally did the claim they Then told me I would have a cheque in 2 weeks. That was a month ago. Phoned today and now they tell me it all has be done another way just cause the tire bill is in my husbands company name and not my personal. So now I supposedly have yo go back to tire company and get them to redo the bill in my personal name and re submit it to Mainline and wait the whole process out again for what another friggin month. All this and It would have been in my personal name if they would have done something to fix the tires in the start when I contacted them and told them to come get the jeep and fix it. But no the procrastinated and I had to get help. Like how they take first time car owners for a ride. Done nothing but fight for 4 months now and this what I get for trying to get vehicle for first time. Thought dealerships were supposed to stand by what they sell and help the customer. More

Wes in sales is awesome to deal with, will find a deal that works for his customers. Wes really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond even after vehicle is purchased. Wes even tried to help that works for his customers. Wes really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond even after vehicle is purchased. Wes even tried to help us out while dealing with the truck we purchased last year, had some minor issues that were not serious until they were handled so poorly by the service department that it totally ruined our truck buying experience, ended up trading off a 2019 ram with 22000km on a 2021 f150 today. Bought the new ram believing warranty meant something, not at this dealership. Wes realized we were unhappy with our truck to the point that he found us a really great price on a 2021 and even offered to drive to my place 1.5 hours away and pick up our truck to get the repairs completed on warranty whether we purchased the other vehicle or not. I gave two stars due to the fact that Wes deserves a six out of five star rating but the service department is actually bad enough to rate this dealership at a two. My advice is purchase your vehicle through Wes and take it anywhere but rosetown mainline Chrysler for warranty work. More
