We had purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Mainline Chrysler and have had to get service done on a few occasions. Each time, Kelsey in Service has been amazing. She is quick to respond, knowledgeable, most accommodating and gets things done. She is incredibly kind and so patient. she explains what the issue is and clearly outlines what is required to fix it. Kelsey answers all questions.... If she does not know, she gets back to you. I highly recommend her for any service needs. 5-star PLUS

Truck required service was picked up at the house. No parts available, They sourced the parts from another dealer and had it delivered to my house for the weekend. Bonus part the truck was cleaned at no charge. Great work!

"I bought a truck in July and had the extra exterior..."

I bought a truck in July and had the extra exterior treatment done and I am still 2 months later finding the white cream on the truck after numerous washes. I had the interior done and it looks as if nothing done and actually marks more. THE EXTRA TREATMENTS CLEARLY A RIP OFF IF I AM STILL FINDI G IT. MORE LIKE APOOR WAX JOB. DON'T EVER GET. The financing was great except when I traded my vehicle in and wanted the difference told can't do it but it was more too lazy to make the change. Took in to get the treatments done and fix something and they forgot to fix it so water of drive. So I would after all said and done I would not buy another vehicle from them. Not worth the drive out and definetly look at what you buy when they say loaded. Much less options than what I traded in so my bad for not taking triple checking.

"Charged double what was quoted"

Dropped our truck off to find out why the air conditioner wasn't working. They called and told us it just needed charging. When asked what the cost would be, we were quoted $350. I felt that was too much but my husband said to go ahead. When he went to pick up the vehicle the actual bill was $677! When asked why it was such a price difference, we were told there were extra charges. When a bill is double what you quote, I feel the right thing to do would be sure the customer wants to pay that to get it done! We have been great supporters of Mainline, all three of our vehicle are from Mainline, when our son needed a vehicle we took him to Mainline, we also bought a trailer from there. We will NOT be back!!
