There has never been a minute where we weren't satisfied from every angle. This recent purchase was a Rav 4, and we love it! Gary was professional and very instrumental in helping us make the decision we did. We needed a higher Vehicle due to my Husbands new Hip replacement - and Gary let Brian sit in every Vehicle there was available, and we ultimately agreed whole-heartedly on the Rav 4. Gary took the time to explain everything to us..........and if we don't remember all of it - it ISN'T Gary's fault!!!! (Only our ageing minds!) Thank you to an Amazing Team! We had to purchase a new car that would fit our two greyhounds and our new baby, due in August 2015. He gave us the time we needed to think about the decision, plus he responded to our numerous emails we sent him with questions that came up. When we finally decided, Gary got us through the paper work quickly and into our beautiful new Highlander! The dealership was wonderful to work with and Keith Kelly, Finance Manager, made the finances easy and lets us do some research before making some final decisions on some of the details. Purchase of my 2015 Toyota Sienna FWD Limited The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold The van sells itself because of the Toyota Kaizen principle (constant improvement). 1st car was a 88 Celica GTS 3-dr and it had 612,000km when i sold it for $2,400 2nd car is a 02 Camry-Solara and it has 427,000km - Like new, no issues and still use it. The Sienna is my 3rd Toyota and obtained with 16km on it. Drove it and what an experience. Wow in some many areas. Gary in sales spent time explaining and demonstrating how to use the various controls. All the staff at Whitby helped me with my questions and all helpful and considerate. I always take them to 500,000k, except for my Previa which was over 600,000k when I drove it to the wreckers. I recently got a Tacoma TRD Sport, the best midsize truck in North America.I love driving it. I had the most pleasant experience buying this truck from Gary Brown, who bypassed all the unnecessary bolony of buying a car, was very down to earth with all his information and pricing. I really appreciated his respect for myself and my family, the care and attention to all details and making sure we were satisfied with our purchase in every respect. We were also well looked after by Keith Kelly and are looking forward to working with the service department. Whitby Toyota is our home again. Thanks guys. More
