Experience in purchasing a new Toyota Rav4 at Whitby Toyota I could not have had a better experience. I came prepared for a minor battle with the pricing in particular and the trade in of my Honda Civic and ter I could not have had a better experience. I came prepared for a minor battle with the pricing in particular and the trade in of my Honda Civic and terms of purchase (sale / lease) in general. I was completely disarmed since Gary was honest, forthright and a lot more prepared than I was. He exuded confidence in his product and he was believable. Moreover, he started off by letting me know the deal that was available to me as an OPG pensioner and by showing me the pricing which I thought I would have had to fight to obtain. Nothing could have prepared me for this warm welcome. Gary is a shining light for Toyota and he is in fact a beacon that should be held high for all other employees to see, He stands head and shoulders above the competition and as my wife observed, we had been to the competition the week before and certainly got a courteous reception there but that is where the comparison stopped.
