I bought rav4 limited 2024, I was shocked that my odometer has already 350 Km . I went back to the dealership and asked the manager . 8th Toyota vehicle from Whitby Toyota Whitby Toyota has consistently provided exceptional customer service. What I have valued over the years (my first car, a Toyota Corolla SR5, was purch Whitby Toyota has consistently provided exceptional customer service. What I have valued over the years (my first car, a Toyota Corolla SR5, was purchased at Whitby Toyota in 1985) is the warm welcome and the offer of assistance. As time has passed my husband and I have come to be known to many of the staff and are especially pleased with the time provided to us by Gary Brown - our Leasing Expert. We are convinced that the TOYOTA name means that one will drive away with a beautiful and safe automobile (or truck, although we've not tried these). The vehicles continue to be updated with user friendly electronics and safety features. Our more recent vehicle, a 2020 Toyota Corolla SR is a great car. It's spacious and the rear camera provides an excellent view. The first time I drove the car I felt as though I was driving on silk ... it is such a smooth ride. I can't say enough about the PEOPLE and the PRODUCTS at Whitby Toyota. More

I just can't think of another reason.The scope of work is clearly written on the "work order" the very document which tells the tech what to do. What else is not being done? Once again I'm waiting for the manager to get back to me with details of what went wrong again. We all know what went wrong. The techs don't read the work orders. More
