Gary Brown took our initial call and factory ordered us a vehicle with everything we wanted included. He was in constant contact with us on arrival time and what was required from us. Chris Heibert prepared all the paperwork and made the transaction extreamly smooth While answering all the questions we had with extreme professionalism. Andrew Ward delivered the truck to us and took all the necessary time to explain all the features and set up the Bluetooth for us. Purchased used vehicle I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle. I had the pleasure of being paired up with Andrew Ward as my sales associate. Andrew found me a used Corolla I was in dire need of a reliable vehicle. I had the pleasure of being paired up with Andrew Ward as my sales associate. Andrew found me a used Corolla with very low KM. When I picked up the vehicle it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I was blown away with how clean it was inside and out. Even the engine was spotless. very, very impressed. Andrew really gave me 110%. No pressure to do anything. He had a very unassuming character and let me make the decisions. Absolute pleasure to work with. They had a colouring contest that the kids could enter for a McDonalds gift card. He made sure my kids got their artwork entered for the gift cards. My kids were over the moon with the new car and the gift cards. Great job Andrew!!!! More

Wouldn't suggest going anywhere else! I have known Gary since my mom bought her Corolla from him in 2005, and she has continued to go to him any time she needs a change. He treated us all like family from the moment we met him. When it came time for me to get a new vehicle it just made sense to go to him. Seeing as how this is my very first brand new car, I definitely had some doubts, some nervousness and an over abundance of excitement. Gary, Miles and Keith all made the transaction extremely smooth and made me feel at ease with everything. They were quick, answered all my questions and put my doubts to rest. 4th car from Whitby toyota I did look around , an informed consumer would only do that ,only to realize I was always comparing to Toyota. My daughter once went for a job interview , when asked what does "customer service" mean to you , she replied in a heartbeat "Gord at Whitby Toyota". I have a 2004 Sienna , currently being shipped back on a train from BC to Ont.. We expect the van to be here in 10 days . It was my daughter who left it out there the summer of 2016 who said "Gord at Whitby Toyota" in 2004. We were confident that the van could make a cross country trip with reliability. This is why.... I have performed all of the maintenance as per schedule at Whitby Toyota . Good service department Art , Kevin ,Steve ...........Reliability is second to none. 394,000 kl and many more to come But eventually you need to get a new car.....12 years later .......we decided on a Toyota Venza. With all of the plans we had this summer , the easiest was dealing with Gary at Whitby Toyota. He knew we would be back , he knew we had four Toyotas , he knew his product! . Toyota products speak for themselves but the impartial advice from a sales team whose product knowledge is not only exceptional but also delivered in a relaxed atmosphere is complemented by a Service and Parts team that are equally outstanding. The bottom line from the perspective of an existing or prospective customer is that this dealership is TRUSTWORTHY. I have never been let down or disappointed in any way in my 22 years of being their customer. They are effective, efficient and 100% committed to customer satisfaction.
