Professional helpful friendly I first learned of Justin via radio advertisements on a local station. My wife and I had been pondering a newer vehicle as our 99 alero is showing signs of age. Furthermore a second car would be helpful with our work schedules. We made an appointment and by the following Monday, drove off the lot with our 2017 cruze. Justin was awesome in getting us set up with affordable financing, the right vehicle and provided 5 star service. We love or new car and will have no problem referring our friends to him. "Quite the turn around" When I got a call from Justin, I was honestly dreading the fact that Finch was contacting me at all after what happened with Doug bannister. 29.5% int When I got a call from Justin, I was honestly dreading the fact that Finch was contacting me at all after what happened with Doug bannister. 29.5% interest rate for my first vehicle, used, with my boyfriend who makes parts. Was not the best experience. However, Justin assured me right away he was looking to lower my interest rating. He did behind that, he dropped it almost 20%. We have a rate of 9.9% on a 2018 Chevy equinox. I am very satisfied, a little bummed we missed out on getting the auto trunk that we thought we were getting in the LT model. Over all. He did quite the turn around for us, and we are very very greatful. So thank you again, from my family. More

Financing Made Easy A co-worker recommended Finch Chevrolet to my wife and I. I went in expecting about the same service I received at our Last GM Dealer (In Kitchener). Not that the last dealer was Bad, but Finch (Justin Gonciarz in particular) was just Better in Every Way! Every question was answered (and so we could understand). Even financing questions about some Other loans I had! Justin Gonciarz helped my get out of my High interest Cruze and into TWO New vehicles (His and Hers) at a Much better rate than my last purchase! I will NOT hesitate to recommend Finch Chevrolet for Anyone seeking a GM or Chev (And Finch Auto-Group to anyone looking for something Other than a GM). And if it's Financing your looking for, Go right to see Justin!! More

First car shopping experience = wonderful! Buying a car was NOT something I was excited about, I was worried about my credit and being able to afford it without ending up in a car I hated. I me Buying a car was NOT something I was excited about, I was worried about my credit and being able to afford it without ending up in a car I hated. I met with Justin and he went above and beyond what I had even expected, he worked with numbers and got me into a 15 Cruze for an amazing price and payment that I could live with. There wasnt much that caught my eye the first time but he kept checking for me and what I was interested until this amazing car came up. I can't thank Justin for enough for making this entire experience way less painful then I was worried about! 10/10 would point more people in the direction of Justin and Finch Chevrolet. More
