When it came time to meet the manager tho - he shook my hand first. That was really the only complaint I had about the experience. It went really smoothly and they were very helpful. Once we decided that we wanted the truck we had a tight deadline and Ankesh came in at 8:00 in the morning even though he didn't work until noon. My wife joked that when we got out last new car she got to drive it out of the showroom. When went to pick up the truck it was parked in the showroom so she could drive it out. More
