Seemed to be a waste of my time when he came in and tried to persuade me to change my mind about what financing I should choose, and then when he left to speak to the manager about my offer of slightly less than the ticket price, it seemed to me he was gone only a moment and came back with a no answer. I got the impression that he may have not spoke to the manager at all? Otherwise it was an awesome experience. More

I was intersted in a chrysler 300c and so he had one ready for me to test drive that day. Chad is a fantastic guy to deal with, he has a very approachable, outgoing attitude and very easy to have a conversation with. The entire sales process and everyone that I dealt with was very easy and enjoyable, would recommend others to come buy a vehicle from the staff here. More

Practically Painless In the last 8 years, our family has bought 7 cars from Capital. I do all of my service through them as well. We dealt with them in the past because of the great service and the friendly staff. This last experience was no different.... Cornell was gregarious and friendly, and gave us good trade in value for our old vehicle. I didn't feel ripped off and defensive during this part of the negotiations, which has definitely happened at other places. Vijay was also extremely personable, and I appreciated the fact that he paid close attention to what my husband and I wanted and what we didn't want and helped us find just the right vehicle. Finally, the most difficult part--the financing. This is the part that almost everyone hates, and Jona's quick and easy handling of our needs managed to make that part of it very nearly relaxing! Thanks to Cornell, Vijay, and to Jona for their courtesy and professionalism at every part of the process. I will continue to recommend Capital to others, and look forward to dealing with them for service and other vehicles in the future. More
