I appreciated the manner in which I was looked after during my recent visit to the dealership to have my winter tires removed. Although I was earlier for my appointment I was taken in right away. I have a credit card type key with a low battery and that was replaced and car returned in a reasonable time and cleaned inside and out. Several individuals in the dealership spoke to me by name while I waited and I had a latte and a snack. Very satisfied. More
