Jillian Cook, our point of contact at the Lexus (London, Ontario) was vey helpful in showing us the vehicle of our interest. Right from the moment we entered, she was very professional and greeted us to the dealership. We explained which vehicle we were interested to look and possibly test drive. She arranged to have the vehicle ready by bringing it close to the entrance door and had it warmed up e we got in to test drive (it had been snowing and cold winds). Before starting the test drive, she explained the various controls and features of the RX350. Once I had my seat positioned properly, I test drove around a couple of blocks. Jillian all the questions that I had while I was driving about the features/options of the vehicle. Since we had our existing vehicle for trade-in, we enquired about the value we would get for it. For those details Jillian had to check with the manager and brought us the detailed breakdown on the cost of ownership for cash, finance or lease. Although we liked the vehicle, the price difference of the RX350 and our existing vehicle (Mercedes GLC300) was fairly more than we had expected. We also discussed it with our son, who had inspired us to check out the RX350 as advertised on the dealership website. Eventually we decided to delay our plans to purchase a newer vehicle for the near future. In conclusion I would say that our experience of visiting the London Lexus dealership and especially meeting Jillian was very pleasant. Perhaps, we may look at a Lexus vehicle in future. More

My wife and I went to Lexus of London to purchase new wiper blades for our Lexus NX300. After we expressed interest in a used RX 350, we finally exited the dealership having purchased a Lexus RX350 as we wiper blades for our Lexus NX300. After we expressed interest in a used RX 350, we finally exited the dealership having purchased a Lexus RX350 as well. Sales Associate, Jillian Cooke, was very professional and knowledgeable. Questions were answered in detail and those where the answers were not immediately known were promptly resolved. Together with a fine sense of humour in addition to her sales professionalism, Gillian Cooke is an excellent ambassador and asset for Lexus of London. Her welcoming personality and infectious demeanor made for a very pleasant experience. 5 Stars More
