I just bought a new vehicle at LEXUS OF LONDON. Not only am I ecstatic with my purchase, but equally impressed with the Product Specialist (Jillian Cook) who helped us navigate our way through the Not only am I ecstatic with my purchase, but equally impressed with the Product Specialist (Jillian Cook) who helped us navigate our way through the system. She greeted us warmly, without pressuring, and showed us an array of vehicles. I was impressed with her knowledge and her personality. It took a while to land a deal, some of the delay was caused by me wanting maximum value on my trade-in, but we did ultimately come away with a fantastic SUV. I have already told two acquaintances that are in the market for new vehicles to search her out if they are leaning towards a Lexus or a Toyota. We nt through a dozen different car lots in a few cities before getting the best deal possible in my opinion and the experience with such a well trained sales representative was worth the wait . More
