Service For 32 ooo km Service is a blast every time i come in. Jason explained what had to be done for this service when i came in. He talked with me while the mechanics Service is a blast every time i come in. Jason explained what had to be done for this service when i came in. He talked with me while the mechanics were still working on my car about the brakes and the filters and explained why it would be necessary to have everything done. All the people i dealt with were very friendly. Sitting and waiting for the car to be looked after in this nice show room is always a pleasure. We dropped the car off after hours Sunday and the following day. Monday morning I received a call and was told what was wrong and once I agreed to go forward they had it done the dame day. Also Jason went over and above and noticed we had a servicing that was due on our warranty and got that done for us. I honestly can't say enough about this dealership and their service department. I have found her to be very informative and willing to answer any of your questions as well as making suggestions on any new products that you are interested in. She even remembered that the last time that I was in that my Mother was not doing very well and asked me the next time that I was in how she was doing. I really appreciated her concern and was very impressed that she had remembered our last conversation moths ago. Thank you Helena! Service on a 1998 Camry I took my 1998 Camry to resolve a steering fluid leak and electrical system failure following work by another garage in our area. The latter problem I took my 1998 Camry to resolve a steering fluid leak and electrical system failure following work by another garage in our area. The latter problem occurred on 3 occasions over 3 years and resulted in both alternator and battery replacement each time. On one occasion this failure occurred while the car was being driven causing loss of power steering and power brakes. This issues were quickly resolved at Toyota Town by Senior Service Advisor, Jason DeFelice. The leak was the result of an improper previous installation of a high pressure metal tube that damaged the pump for the steering. The electrical problem was the result of a short in the dome light in the cabin that was not previously identified despite the use of a computer system diagnosis on each occasion at the other garage. Neither the battery nor alternator required replacement. More

Jason DeFelice goes the extra mile!! Awesome service We went to Toyota Town to have a service person check the wear left on a Michelin Lattitide tire that has been making noise for some time. Senior Serv We went to Toyota Town to have a service person check the wear left on a Michelin Lattitide tire that has been making noise for some time. Senior Service Advisor Jason DeFelice was that person and readily checked the tire for wear that remained so Michelin could be contacted for warranty. I also requested a brake inspection of the 2014 Rav 4. The rear brakes were found to require repair and the front needed servicing. Living 45 km away we needed to return home and leave by noon. The brakes could not be completed by that time. Jason looked after acquiring a loaner vehicle for us to return home to care for an ailing wolfhound and come back. In our absence he contacted Michelin on our behalf to request warrant on the cupping tires making noise. He managed to have Michelin offer a 10% purchase price on 2 new tires. We were very grateful for his extra service and would like to advise the owners how lucky they are to have such a conscientious Service Advisor looking after their customers. Jason really has earned a raise or a decent bonus in our eyes and we hope his employers are aware of this. Thank you once again Jason. GREAT JOB WELL DONE! More

Immediately he advised me that a front end alignment was needed as I drove through the machine on entering the shop. We added it to the list (trust everyone until they prove you wrong). Grateful for the service. He offered me shuttle service. We kept in contact all day and as the car was being worked on he advised me that the brakes, which I had put on the list, did not need to be worked on. A major savings. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Jason had us picked up by shuttle and returned to Toyota Town. As my wife said the car looked brand new, and runs new. I believe in regular maintenance and service. Jason is a main reason I drive from Sarnia to London for service to our Avalon. thank you one more time.
