ToyotaTown service. We have been a customers of ToyotaTown for now over 14 years . We bought our Sienna van in July of 2002 and it has indeed proven to be a very good pur We have been a customers of ToyotaTown for now over 14 years . We bought our Sienna van in July of 2002 and it has indeed proven to be a very good purchase . We have always brought our vehicle back to ToyotaTown for all the services and necessary repairs that were required to keep us safely on the road. We have found the service department to be very helpful and honest and they have always been willing to go the extra step or two to help us with our concerns. On this visit and the one previous we were assisted by Amanda Krug. Amanda did an excellent job keeping us informed and as well she listened to and very much helped us address our specific needs. Thank You Amanda. Below we have also noted all the service representatives that over the years have aided us so well . This is the first time that we have been given the opportunity to do so and we would like to recognize them all for their service and dedication. Thank You Everyone! If we have missed acknowledging someone in that list who has helped us then please know that we are very sorry to have done so. Staying Power I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially I've owned Toyotas since 1989. In general with the exception of one incident, I would say I have had no service problems over those years. Initially, I felt when the dealership expanded to the larger location, it had lost the personal touch, however, I believe they have worked hard to continue their excellent customer service. Another point to note is, there are several employees still with this dealership that were there when I bought my first Toyota, including my sales rep! I think that says something about the company. Definitely customer service dedicated. We bought our Toyota Sienna at this dealership and continue to take it there for all service work. When I go in I always wait to talk to Jason DeFelice. He tells me all my options, and does all he can to help me get the best service for the money. He makes sure the van is ready when I need it back, and the problem is always fixed, unlike another service advisor I had. She was very impersonal and the van took longer to be fixed than she said and I wasn't happy with the results. Jason always makes sure it is done right! More
