Amazing Service Department I brought my Camry in for service on Saturday, July 27/19, without an appointment, and Rob Dako was able to fit me in. Toyotatown is the only place that I trust servicing my cars and they have been doing it now for 29 years. Rob was his usual friendly, knowledgeable self and had my cars recommendations and prices listed when I went to pay my bill and discussed them with me. I trust Robs advice completely and respect his advice regarding my service needs. That is why I am able to enjoy freedom of motoring as a result. Keep up the good work! More

Great service from Jason DeFelice Brought my car in for an interior detailing and was greeted by a valet and quickly helped by Jason. Jason also identified that my car was in need of an alignment from their hassle free alignment machine that checks as you drive into their service department. Marwan was the person that detailed my car, and I would not have anyone else do it. He takes great pride in his work and does an outstanding job. Emergency Service During my travel to a family function I experienced a flat tire on the 401. Toyota Roadside Assistance was prompt in getting my tire changed however During my travel to a family function I experienced a flat tire on the 401. Toyota Roadside Assistance was prompt in getting my tire changed however I needed a new tire to complete my trip. Called the ToyotaTown dealership in London which was the nearest dealership at the time. Based on the call an appointment was set up and a new tire ordered. Arrived at the dealership where the service happened immediately and got me on my way. Jason DeFelice (Senior Service Manager) and the team (Joe Moniz) were very helpful and very professional. Certainly one of the best levels of customer service I have experienced. I have been a Toyota customer for 30 years and experiences like this remind me why. Thanks to the ToyotaTown Service team.
