We have been dealing with Jason (and ToyotaTown) for over 15 years and he has always been honest and willing to do the extra work that it takes to be a great service advisor. Jason and the ToyotaTown team se 15 years and he has always been honest and willing to do the extra work that it takes to be a great service advisor. Jason and the ToyotaTown team service all four of our Toyotas (even the 2003 that has over 300,000 km's on it). From the person that greets you outside when you drop off the vehicle, and the shuttle drivers, to the person that processes your payment when the vehicle is ready, the service is always terrific. More
