Outstanding Service!! On Monday May 7, 2018 I visited ToyotaTown to look closer at the 2018 Camry, get details, and have a test drive. I had not planned on buying that day, On Monday May 7, 2018 I visited ToyotaTown to look closer at the 2018 Camry, get details, and have a test drive. I had not planned on buying that day, but rather, just get information to help in deciding what to buy. I met with Sean O'Grady who was superb as a rep! I found that Sean was really interested in providing me with information, and addressing questions as opposed to pressuring me to buy the car. He made me feel like a valued customer! I really appreciated Sean's professionalism, as if I get pressured, I will typically walk away, and go buy someplace else! As we worked thru the information, Sean not only addressed all the aspects of the vehicle, but also gave me various options on purchasing such as Pay Cash, Finance Option, or Lease Option! I had never leased as I prefer a cash option, and never thought I would lease, but when we reviewed the 3 options it became apparent that the Lease Option offered advantages! Eventually I met with Sean's Manager Janine who was also extremely informative and no sales pressure! The efforts and approach of these two Toyotatown representatives being so professional, resulted in me making a decision to buy the Camry LE that day! Thank you to both Sean and Janine for their assistance, and I fully recommend to anyone interested in buying a vehicle, to contact Sean and Janine if you want to be dealt with professionally! Very well done! I also spoke on the phone with Tara Shepard to schedule my appointment when she called me as a result of being on the Toyotatown website on the weekend. First on our 2010 Rav4 and then when we were looking to trade it in, Kevin Swan helped us make the decision to lease a 2015 Rav4. Kevin made our whole experience wonderful. He took his time, was very professional and his expertise helped us in making our decisions. We recently had the opportunity to trade in our leased vehicle and purchase or lease a new one. We asked for Kevin Swan who took such good care of us before and he didn't disappoint. He works hard for his customers and after meeting with him again, we purchased our new 2018 Rav4 SE on April 30, 2018. Wonderful experience in the purchase of my Corolla IM I was originally interested in puchasing a Toyota RAV4, but after test driving the Corolla IM (and sitting down talking in detail about the price of t I was originally interested in puchasing a Toyota RAV4, but after test driving the Corolla IM (and sitting down talking in detail about the price of the IM) I realized that not only was the price more in my budget, but the vehicle itself was more suiting for me. Everything about it is just perfect. I find it very spacious as well as extremely quiet and smooth to drive. I absolutely love the interior features and can not be more happy with it overall. Not to mention, it’s extremely fuel efficient! I had been to a few different Toyota dealerships over the last year or so and I’ve never felt more comfortable with the salesman I had the pleasure of meeting this time around. Geordie Hock is such a genuinely humble man! He’s extremely easy to talk to, and during my experience of sitting down and going through the whole process of purchasing my car, he continued to provide as much detail as possible and made sure to answer any questions I might have about the vehicle. In the past, I experienced a few “pushy” salesmen, but not with Geordie. He never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable during my visit. He was a pure pleasure to talk to and I can honestly say, he without a doubt has an extremely bright future ahead of him!!! My boyfriend was equally pleased with Geodie and fully plans on only dealing with him when he’s ready to purchase his Toyota Tacoma! You can be very excited walking into a dealership to look at vehicles, but if you’re not happy with the salesman, you leave feeling disappointed. I left with a smile on my face as not only did I realize the IM was for me, but Geordie made my experience one that I’ll never forget. After sitting down with Geordie, my boyfriend and I met with Janine Feenstra. She handled the application process and was also very easy to talk to. She was very pleasant and really took the time to explain the additional options available to me. I can’t even begin to explain how I felt knowing that the two people that helped with my experience were both so wonderful! Happy Ending Two years ago I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra fron Toyotatown in London Ontario with the help of Shawn Longworth, our Sales Advisor. The truck was a Two years ago I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra fron Toyotatown in London Ontario with the help of Shawn Longworth, our Sales Advisor. The truck was a surprise 65th birthday gift for my husband. Shawn helped us orchestrate the surprise! On February 14th, 2018 my husband and I were involved in a horrific automobile accident in our Tundra, which was destroyed. We were both injured, my husband very seriously, and we were told our Tundra saved our lives. We were both recovering at home, and due to our injuries were unable to visit the dealership to arrange for the purchase of our new vehicle. Shawn provided so much assistance to us by phone and email, and we were able to arrange the entire purchase of our new 2018 Tundra from home. My daughter and I picked up the truck on Tuesday March 20th, and it is now parked proudly in our driveway where my husband can see it while he recovers and looks forward to driving it soon. Thank you Shawn and Toyotatown for our happy ending! More

Striking a favourable deal with Sean was easy. He helped explain the process and the paperwork, the test drive was so informative. The car was ready when promised exactly as planned. There were a few items (as a used car this is normal) that weren’t evident to me upon delivery. Sean and Sales Manager promptly addressed and remedied my concerns (just a few tiny dents was all). The follow up has been very good on both Sean’s and the Dealerships part. I feel so confident I made the right choice in choosing ToyotaTown and Sean O’Grady. I have since referred and will continue to refer business his way. More
