He worked with us on all the constraints we had and was able to recommend the car model and the best finance options that meet out needs . We did not expect to finish a deal within the first visit but the customer service was excellent enough to let us in the deal before leaving the door. More

Best Car Dealership & People Myself and my Partner had been looking for a new car, we had gone to different dealerships and weren't very happy with the Service. Then we went to ToyotaTown in London which for us being from Mississauga was quite a long drive but worth every minute of the drive. As Kevin new we were driving in from Mississauga he phoned us to make sure we were ok. When we arrived we were greeted immediatley. Taken to look at the car we had enquired about and had all the features explained. We then sat down and talked through all of our options. We then met Janine who went over the financing explained everything to us in full and didn't make it complicated unlike other dealerships we had visited. We then arranged to pick the car up the next week. We were in contant communication with Janine regarding extra's we wanted to add onto the car. When we arrived to pick up the car it was quick and straightforward signed all the documents with Kevin and then he proceeded to take us through all the major functions of the car and all the new fun tech gadgets. I couldn't be happier with our new car and the service we recieved was amazing. Me and my partner are from the UK and have been to car dealerships in both countries and ToyotaTown is by far the best service we have ever recieved. I will be recommending ToyotaTown to friends and family and telling them the drive is well worth it for the service you get. More
