We explained the circumstances to him and that we needed a vehicle that was reliable and safe for travelling with kids. Since we were without any transportation, Kevin came to our home in a vehicle for us to test drive. He took care of us then with honesty and integrity. We still have our 2002 Sienna. We came back to this dealership because of how we had been treated by Kevin and the staff previously. I had hoped to purchase a Rav4 but given our financial situation, the one we hoped for just wasn't possible at that time. Kevin didn't give up though and he found a 2012 Scion that was within our budget. We were concerned about financing due to some hardships we had recently endured here in London. Jobs were few and far between, We were getting back on our feet and given our circumstances, Kevin explained everything and then introduced us to Janine. Janine, like Kevin, went above and beyond in order to assist us. They knew where we were coming from and understood we couldn't take on anything extra - so no extra warranty - nothing - just the vehicle. Janine worked on the financing for us and we were so relieved to be approved as we desperately needed a newer vehicle for transport. Neither my Husband or me are on a bus route for work. As it turned out - after our approval, the financing rate had dropped and Janine was able to work out an extended warranty for us at no extra cost on the loan. Not only were Kevin and Janine friendly, they listened, they understood and did everything they could to assist us. We thanked them then and we thank them now as we drive our Scion and enjoy knowing we have a reliable vehicle to keep us working! I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. More

Shawn was so great to work with! Shawn Longworth made my Mom so comfortable when she was looking to purchase a small car for herself. Shared his knowledge of the particular vehicles we were interested in but still kept quiet and allowed my husband and I to discuss some of the features and concerns we personally had with each vehicle weighing the pros and cons so that we could decide which car would be best for us and then Ken would fill in the blanks so to speak and then leave us to take in the new information. On the day we came to pick up our vehicle as we are from Kitchener he came in to meet us even though he was not working at the time, that was very important to us and appreciated. A week later he touched based with us with an e-mail and then a week later a phone call, Brian and I feel this is very important to us in customer service' and we actually purchased a vehicle that evening. We have purchased new vehicles in the past in Kitchener and it was not a TOYOTA and was a comedy of errors :our name spelled totally wrong on all paperwork, options we had chosern were not on the car and to compensate we were hand delivered a cookie of our car but of a totally different car in orange and we had purchased black, the radio did not have an MP3 player which we never did receive and we could go on but this is enough and the car had a security problem which we took in over a 10 times and were advised they did not know how to permanently fix it so we sold that car within 14 months at a loss. We are happy to say this was good experience this time and would consider this dealership in our next purchase.and travel out to London and try to get Ken again. Thank You Brian and M .Judy More

Solid Customer Service After dealing with a failing car for the last few months I began looking for a replacement. After visiting some other dealers and communication with ToyotaTown via email we decided to stop in and look at a used Rav4 that just became available. Our sales rep, Shaun Smith was excellent to deal with and took the time to find out what we were looking for and go over the options of what we would be looking at for the model we test drove vs. a new one. This made the decision easier to understand. We came in near closing but never once felt rushed through the process. Janine Feenstra went over all the options, additional items and helped with the final documents. She was very knowledgeable with all of the options and add-ons available. Prior to picking up the vehicle there was a delay in getting the trailer hitch. Shaun was great at communicating the updates to me and when the hitch arrived a loaner was arranged for me to drop off my Rav to get the work done so I wasn't without a vehicle. Prior to leaving I found out that this was his personal car as the loaner had fallen through. That's dedication by someone who cares about the customer experience. I'll be sure to remember that kind of treatment in the future. More
