He worked on a trade in for us without us asking, and worked around our availability and timeline. We were not rushed and there was no deadline to have the test drive van returned. To meet our needs a remote starter and rubber mats we're added without any problems. We'll be seeing Steven again in another year when we need a replacement for our other vehicle.
