Since my first day at this dealer, working with Darryl Koch, trying to find my new car, it has been nothing but enjoyable. I never felt that I was not getting accurate information, being mislead on costs or manipulated to purchase something I was not interested in. Darryl did a great job at making sure everything was going smoothly and was committed unit the end. He dedicated time at home and late hours at work to accommodate my needs. He would also be very diligent in maintaining good communication and texting when needed. Julie in finance was also very helpful. She walked me through everything I need to know and more. She explained everything to me very clearly and listed all my possible options, even the ones that were not listed. I felt well informed and found that I felt comfortable and knew where my money was going. The manager, Jaime, was also kind and informative. However, a little more stern and I felt I could have received a slightly more generous offer on my trade-in. Auto Gallery also provided me with a courtesy car post-purchase to accommodate a follow-up appointment for my new car (the free car wash after the appointment was a nice touch too).
