After determining the car we were interested in, Jackie Vera was more than happy to discuss our options with us. When it was decided we were going to purchase a new car, Lilliana helped us through the financing process in an efficient and courteous manner. Finally, when the car arrived, we dealt with Tomasz again. He remembered personal details we had told him about in our initial meeting and was very attentive. He showed us the key features of the Rav4 that we would be interested in, and also helped with syncing my phone. I saw a car I really liked on their website and called to get more information and to see if they could offer me a shuttle service. The sale person I spoke to over the phone wasn't so professional nor being accommodating. It was more like if you take a taxi here and buy a car, then I will give you a ride home. I did remember the person's name and finally had a chance to go there to test drive a car. Unfortunately, he was my sales person at the store. I liked a car, but I didn't appreciate his attitude nor his customer service. I just rushed back home as I felt awful after that experience at ToyotaTown. I decided to give a call to his manager, Jackie Vera to explain the whole situation. She listened my entire story and first apologized for his behavior. She was very understanding and accommodating. I could feel that they are here for customer service to meet the customers' needs and satisfaction not just to sell cars. She gave her direct work cell phone number so that I could do the transaction directly with her. She was very helpful even when it was her day off. If you go to the store, you will see her walking around everywhere being busy, yet she will do her best to answer you and meet your needs/satisfaction. She did not only make sure I chose the right car and I was happy about it but also followed up to see how I like the car. She just wow-ed me. I went to so many dealerships, but haven't met a manager who's so caring and considerate. I am very happy with my purchase and confident that my next car purchase will happen at ToyotaTown again. Strongly recommended! More

Striking a favourable deal with Sean was easy. He helped explain the process and the paperwork, the test drive was so informative. The car was ready when promised exactly as planned. There were a few items (as a used car this is normal) that weren’t evident to me upon delivery. Sean and Sales Manager promptly addressed and remedied my concerns (just a few tiny dents was all). The follow up has been very good on both Sean’s and the Dealerships part. I feel so confident I made the right choice in choosing ToyotaTown and Sean O’Grady. I have since referred and will continue to refer business his way. More

We talked afterwards and I left to do more homehome. I was back ina couple of weeks. My homework involved trying other vehicles but nothing compared to the RAV4 for what it offered. As a salesman Geordie was most accommodating and willingly provided me with various pricing schemes until we determined one that fits my needs. Great service. The service plan, warranties were all laid out and explained in detail. Geordie saw to my needs and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions throughout the vehicle buying process. I am thrilled with my vehicle. More
