I have to be honest and say I would have never in my life thought that I would ever give a dealership a 5 star rating. I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev d thought that I would ever give a dealership a 5 star rating. I’ve had average experiences prior but never as outstanding as with this Sherwood Chev dealer. Dealing with Nathan - Sales and Harrison - GM. These 2 made this so smooth and enjoyable, even through the whole process we were still able to enjoy some laughs together and they treated me more than just another buyer and with respect. I cannot begin to say how much time, work and efforts they both put in into making me extremely happy with my purchase but even more so that it made me feel like they we’re working for me and together with me and not making me feel like it was them vs me. They made me feel like we were all on the same team working together to achieve the goal of purchasing. I would also like to thank Tenille and Derek with their time, help and efforts and appreciated their involvement as well. Unprofessional and misleading: this was the worst experience and dealership I have ever interacted with. My husband recently traded in his vehicle for a 2023 trail boss with this dealership. I was interested in upgrading my vehicle for the same truck as I do a lot of highway driving for work and travelling with my family. I was interested in a trail boss that they got ahold of but I was offered a better deal at a Calgary dealership, which Sherwood park was aware of as I was still shopping. Sherwood park refuses to refund my “100%” refundable 500$ deposit, despite having no deal deal signed with them. They claim they ran our credit and had a bank approval for financing. However, I have a fraud alert in place with my credit and I was not notified as I would usually be. Thus, my credit was not checked nor were we pre approved as they were claiming. Josh Gallinger and Harrison Blayney have been completely unprofessional and misleading throughout our whole time interacting with them. I am embarrassed we purchased our first trail boss with this dealership, a month ago. I would strongly discourage my loved ones or anyone from purchasing any type of vehicle from Sherwood Chevrolet. More
