Zach found the perfect one for me and my farm and put a deal together promptly and delivered on every aspect...no surprises (other than a full tank of fuel) and nothing overlooked. He was very professional and treated me with a lot of respect. I’ll be back for sure. More

I had spotted Brandon whom had assisted me with the vehicle I had brought in for the oil change. That said, Brandon was only In off shift to assist new buyers in picking up there new vehicle. I approached Brandon and he made the time for me to discuss the itch I had to purchase a new car. He took down all the information and was ready to start the look out. The Monday came around and Brandon had found me something better than I had hopped for. It was amazing, he was able to read my mind and work out a deal I couldn’t ignore. His quick response, custom service made all the difference. Thanks again Brandon. Happy Customer once again. More

His attention to de The sales person Dee Menon was an exceptional sales person.. His professional approach exceeded any other that I have experienced. His attention to details and product knowledge for the deal were superior. Dee also demonstrated amazing social graces, manners and decorum- such as opening the door to greet me upon entering the building and his first time meeting me , offering beverages etc. while waiting, speaking directly to me and listening to my discussion, and ensuring immediate follow-up by phone and text when the car was ready. Dee has a lovely manner when speaking and is very respectful. The car was ready within the time frame identified and Dee provided a thorough comprehensive review of the functions of the accessories. It was a pleasure to work with Dee and the team at Courtesy Ford. Dee Menon is definitely an impressive asset for Courtesy Ford and is definitely ambassador for Courtesy Ford London. More

Since I have dealt with Courtesy Ford Lincoln, for the last 20 years, I have had the best service, sales, and overall best treatment ever. Gary Flonders and Geared Anderson have always gotten us the vehicles we wanted, and the best deal to fit our budget for the said vehicles. The service team has been second to none, and I will never go to another dealership ever. I have friends and family who have never been to Ford before, buy vehicles and give the same rating I am giving today. Thank you!!! More

All around awesome experience Zach is the real reason I purchased here! He spent lots of time with me. He never pressured me and answered all my questions. I was permitted to take Zach is the real reason I purchased here! He spent lots of time with me. He never pressured me and answered all my questions. I was permitted to take the truck home for a 24 hour test drive. Which made me fall in love with it! The financing was easy and truck had tint and trifold installed quickly. I was driving off the lot within 5 days of signing the papers! My first oil change is complimentary. I was extremely impressed that 6 months after purchasing my truck Zach recognized me and remembered what I purchased when he saw me in the dealership. He spent time asking about the truck and how we were enjoying it. I would definitely purchase from Zach and Courtesy Ford again. More
