New vehicle Purchase I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Persanti last Friday as I was considering trading in my 2012 Cherokee Overland. With no pressure whatsoever Jere I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Persanti last Friday as I was considering trading in my 2012 Cherokee Overland. With no pressure whatsoever Jeremy showed me several options and was offered a Grand Cherokee to take a test drive home and to pick up my wife for a test drive. Upon returning we mentioned that the Cherokee we tested was a bit to tough looking. He understood what our taste for a new vehicle was and offered to show us a Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel. Not much else to say as we very impressed and made a offer which was acceptable to everyone. Jeremy then took us to Daina Miller to sign papers and discuss the extended warranty if wanted. At all times Daina was very informative and helpful. We took a 7 years extended warranty. My wife and I are completely satisfied and felt no pressure from Jeremy or Daina during our meeting. I contacted my friends at Vaughan Chrysler and they were quick to suggest the great offer available on a short term(2 year) lease. A 2017 brand new Dodge Ram Eco Diesel Laremie short box pick up truck. Working with the Sales Representative, Mike Wahab & General Manager, Frank Caietta was great. They convinced me this was the way to go. I selected a white colour, black interior, short box. They went out of there way and found me one in the Gataneau's. Mike personally drove out and picked it up for me. That is customer service! I have had the truck for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. Exceptional Experience with Sirous Azimi I walked in to Vaughan Chrysler and right away I was greeted by Sirous Azimi. I had no intention on buying a car that day. Just came in to look at the I walked in to Vaughan Chrysler and right away I was greeted by Sirous Azimi. I had no intention on buying a car that day. Just came in to look at the vehicle of my interest and get some info on it. Sirous took his time and went above and beyond to give me all the info I needed. Him and I been talking over text about the vehicle and he is one quick guy to respond. He came and brought the vehicle to my company to show it to my wife. After I got the OK from the boss it was just a matter of signing two papers and we had the car within 24 hours. I had visited a number of dealerships and never had great expensive as good as I had with Sirous. I will be writing an email to his manger to let him know what a great of a guy he is. He’s caring and great with kids. I’ll continue to keep in touch with him and I’ll make sure all my friends and family know of him. Rupesh More
